MASE kitchen & wine bar is a bistro cafe by day / wine bar by night, serving New American grub along side Indonesian fares. The main challenge stems from the restaurant’s dual identity of being an all day dining joint for guests of Maca Villas Resort and Spa in which the restaurant resides within, and as an specialty wine bar serving exceptional continental cuisine.

The bar is designed to be the center focal point of the space, giving the venue a motif identity that taps into the traditional brick blocks of bali cleanly framed. Subsequent expansions of Mase kitchen and wine bar includes Mase Green (juice bar & green cuisine), and Mase Uma, an outpost of the original Mase.
