En Masse is a Design studio based in Singapore, but is actively involved in projects all around South East Asia. Our expertise ranges throughout the design spectrum, spanning from Architecture, Interior and Construction to Product Design, Development and Graphics.
We emphasize process. Engaging the client every step of the way in a collaborative dialogue is critical in creating a product that speaks depth and volumes to the narrative and aesthetics produced.
True to our name, Altogetherness is in our dna. We are especially interested in the social and environmental impact of design, and are always conscious of how design can create rippling effects from source to users.

Winny is an Architect with a passion for product design, development and execution of fast moving consumer goods. During her M.Arch pursuit at Yale University, she co-founded Lokal Cold Brew, a ready to drink coffee retail product specializing in indonesian specialty beans in Columbus, OH.
At Yale she studied Concert Hall design with Frank Gehry, for whom she continued to work under post graduation for the next three years. There she had the pleasure of working on Facebook’s building MPK22 in Menlo Park, and the Eisenhower Memorial in DC, both of which are due for completion in 2020. She also led the design model team for the Colburn School extension, in Los Angeles, which includes a concert hall and performance theater under one roof. She hopes one day to be a part of realizing the first music concert hall venue in Indonesia, where she is from.
Winny received her M.Arch from Yale University, graduating with the prestigious David M. Schwartz Good Times fellow prize, and from Carnegie Mellon University with honors majoring in Architecture, with minors in Physics and Business Administration.
Julia specializes in Design Thinking and Consultancy, having led innovative projects such as Nusa Waluya II Floating Hospital, Indonesia's first Floating hospital Barge in order to tackle the problem of healthcare inaccessibility in remote-island regions. She has become an active member of doctorSHARE, the partner medical NGO based in Indonesia, helping to oversee overall project design from fundraising, barge renovation and project sustainability.
She has recently cofounded The Fountain Wellness, a boutique one-stop shop wellness hub in Jakarta. Using design thinking as a way to tackle the problem of the lack of employment for disadvantaged girls and women, crafting a social enterprise model and fresh innovative take to wellness service.
Previously, Julia had worked in Design Consultancy in ISOBAR New York City, a non-profit in Ashoka based in Washington D.C, as well as in the start-up world having successfully cofounded a social enterprise to help the homeless community in Detroit.
Julia graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Psychology, Design Communications and Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan.
